Silvia Ros has been AIB’s secretary since the day the group was founded in 2001. She takes calls in Spanish, Catalan, English and French, Monday to Friday from 9.30 till 2.30 and passes queries on to the project coordinator in charge. Silvia’s organisational skills and efficiency are second to none and she has many years’ experience in business and tourism. Her extensive knowledge of events and congresses comes from a long career ranging from hotel management to the marketing and image department of the Barcelona ‘92 Olympics Organising Committee. Able to turn her hand to anything, she also managed the catering company Tartela for a number of years.
In short, Silvia’s skills never fail to surprise!.
